ToguMogu Pvt. Ltd. Is a one-stop parenting platform to provide various parenting services from pregnancy to kindergarten period to make parenting life easy. We are now looking for sales executives to provide outstanding service with empathy to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position: Sales Executive
Job Responsibility
- To deal efficiently and politely with all telephone, email, internet and ‘in person’ enquiries.
- Communicate with Parents about new and upcoming services of ToguMogu
- Maintain regular communication with existing Togumogu parents and provide necessary support to them.
- Convert parents to our regular clients
- Helping parents with basic issues related to their children
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets
Education
· Bachelor degree in any discipline
Requirements
- Prior experience as Call Center Executive or Sales Executive (Online)
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player but independent
- Dynamic and well-spoken
- Good in handling phone calls
Compensation and Other Benefits
- Salary range: 8000/- to 10000/-
